1. Overview
These terms govern the sale and transfer of the domain name shoes.sh(the “Domain”). By submitting an offer through this website, you agree to the terms described below. This page describes a domain-name sale only and does not constitute the sale of any business, product, or trademark.
2. Offers
All offers submitted through the offer form are non-binding expressions of interest until a written purchase agreement is signed by both parties. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or counter any offer at our sole discretion. Submitting an offer does not reserve the Domain or create any obligation to sell.
3. Payment & Escrow
To protect both buyer and seller, all transactions are completed through a licensed third-party escrow service. Funds are released to the seller only after the Domain has been successfully transferred to the buyer's registrar account. Escrow and transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Transfer
Upon confirmation of payment through escrow, the Domain is typically transferred within 24–48 hours. The buyer is responsible for maintaining a compatible registrar account capable of receiving the transfer. We provide full assistance throughout the transfer process.
5. No Warranties
The Domain is sold “as is.” We make no representation regarding future valuation, search rankings, or suitability for any particular purpose. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the Domain does not infringe on any third-party trademark for their intended use.
